Loyola Academy, Secunderabad, Telangana, 30th March 2024: One of my missions with Breast Cancer Hub (BCH) is to generate awareness in the youth so that they can carry the life saving education forward in thier network of family and friends, as I conduct workshop on Early detection cancer screening, risk factors, preventative measures, palliative care, providing all the resources along with my contact information, so that any suspicious cases can reach out to me later. It was a very fulfilling session and was great interacting with the students and Faculty members during the Q&A.
On behalf of Breast Cancer Hub (BCH), post-session, I shared BCH Resources with the URL of Breast Self Exam cards in 24 languages & also URL of Early detection Cards for other prevalent cancers, along with other resources, to download & share in the network with my contact information, so that any suspected case can reach out to me if need any further guidance, support & counseling & we can navigate in the right direction, help detect & treat early as early detection is the key to saving lives.
