Hello, Myself Akshayjit Podder, basically from Tinsukia, Assam of North-East India region. I was born and brought up in Tinsukia and completed my schooling from Babies Nursery High School. Then I completed my HS under Science Stream from Tinsukia College in 2011 and enrolled in the same college for B.Sc. in Chemistry and completed my Graduation in 2014.Thereafter I moved on to Silchar after a gap of 1 year and started my Masters in Chemistry and completed my PG in 2017.After this I came back to Tinsukia after completing studies and within two months I started my job as a Quality Control Chemist in Water Analysis Laboratory in October 2017 and still engaged with this company till date. Within this time duration I enrolled into many training programs specially with FSSAI, MERCK, AMFI, and most prominently NIDM and NIRDPR.I worked with Oil India Limited as a Attendant Operator Trainee for 1 year and subsequently completed my PGDCA from Epitome Institute Tinsukia in 2019 as people nowadays should know the process and working knowledge of computers and IT.
I love Sociology as a subject apart from Chemistry and want to do works related to social affairs, child rights and governance, migrating workers. I love travelling and still exploring the places. I am fond of music and I do sing also. In the past I do used to write poems.
I am a single child of my parents and unfortunately, I lost my father in the year 2012 due to high pressure and stroke. We used to live with our uncles after my father passed away. It was a bit of struggle that I managed to complete my Graduation and PG as we belong to a middle-class family.
My passion is to be a Quality Expert and Analytical Chemistry Specialist and to help the society in every aspect of life. For me Community Health and Outreach Program is very much important and always wanted to gain more and more knowledge so as to excel in practical fields of life.
Mission Statement:
First of all I would like to say that I am very much privileged of getting to be a part of Breast Cancer Hub(BCH) and the reason I cite is that BCH is a unique in its own of becoming a very important and prominent Non-Profit Organizations and has actually met its cause of saving the lives by breaking the restricted thinking related with cancer and creating awareness, education & research and reaching & helping out to the people suffering with cancer including women and men and emotionally attaching with them by learning about their condition while realizing the cause for early detection and awareness. The mission statement that the organization is working on is the prevention, awareness and to work for underprivileged and deprived patients suffering in far flung areas for treatment at subsidized rates anywhere in India and other places; and a great Founder cum mentor make this organization to reach a high standard.
